Beta User Agreement

1. Beta Program Acknowledgment

By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that DynamisOS is currently in a pre-commercial beta phase. The Platform is under active development, and features, interfaces, and capabilities may change without prior notice.

2. API Keys and Costs

During the beta period, you provide your own API keys for AI services (xAI/Grok, Anthropic/Claude, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Google). You are solely responsible for:

  • All API costs incurred through your keys
  • Monitoring your usage and setting billing limits with each provider
  • Securing your API keys and credentials

DynamisOS provides cost tracking and estimates as a convenience, but these are approximations. Actual costs are determined by each provider.

3. AI Limitations

Ava is an AI assistant and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You acknowledge that:

  • Ava may make mistakes in reasoning, memory, or actions
  • All actions taken by Ava on your behalf should be reviewed
  • Ava's suggestions do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.)
  • You are responsible for the consequences of actions you approve

4. Feedback and Improvements

You agree that any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used to improve the Platform. Such feedback becomes the property of Signet Ventures LLC, though we will never share your personal data or conversation content publicly.

5. Confidentiality

During the beta period, you agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Platform internals, architecture, and unreleased features
  • Pricing details and business model specifics not publicly announced
  • Performance benchmarks or comparative analyses

You may share your general experience with DynamisOS and Ava, but please refrain from sharing screenshots of internal tooling, detailed technical capabilities, or proprietary system prompts.

6. Data During Beta

We make reasonable efforts to protect and preserve your data during the beta period. However, as the Platform is under active development:

  • Database migrations may occasionally require data restructuring
  • We will provide notice before any migration that could affect your data
  • We recommend exporting important data periodically

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request full deletion of your data per the Privacy Policy.
